This program is for clients that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and have experienced job loss, layoff or had to shutdown their business as a result of the virus.
These are challenging times. The Polsinello team wants to provide as much assistance to the community and to our clients as possible. We understand that even under normal circumstances making a move can be a stressful task and that if you need to move today that stress level is going to be even higher.
We are here to ease the burden of your move, not only with our real estate service and expertise, but for the first month that you live in the house with our Polsinello Cares Program.
How does it work?
If you need to sell your house due to job loss, layoff or shutdown of a business as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic we are going to credit you $2,000 at the time of closing to assist with first month’s rent at your new accommodation, first month’s mortgage payment at your new house, moving and closing costs…whatever you see fit.
